by Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas.
The course, "Beyond Impairment Rating" dealt with spinal disability evaluations as well as spinal impairment ratings.  A disability evaluation is used to document what occupational and non-occupational tasks a person cannot perform at their job, in the form of a percentage and word description.  A spinal impairment ratings documents what percentage a persons injury affects their body as a whole.

Dr. Gerald R. Lapinsky, Chiropractic Physician is the executive director of the Chiropractic Care Center, located in Phoenix, Arizona for the past 14 years.  His practice is focused on Spinal Disability Evaluations, Spinal Impairment Ratings and Functional Capacity Evaluations.  Dr. Gerald R.
