The City of Phoenix, Arizona, has selected
Dr. Gerald R. Lapinsky, Chiropractic Physician, D.C., C.S.D.E., D.A.B.D.A., as a member of their Disability Resource Pool Program. The program allows the City of Phoenix to gain expertise when needed in any of the city's programs, services and activities. The goal of the Disability Resource Pool Program is to enhance and encourage disability access in all aspects of the City. Dr. Gerald R.
